Order processing
Orders are processed within 48–72 business hours after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping charges
Orders of ₹1,999 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below that threshold have a standard shipping charge of ₹99. The applicable shipping charge is calculated for your order and shown at checkout before you place it. Store shipping settings may be updated from time to time.
Estimated delivery
The following delivery windows are estimates and may vary by destination:
- Mumbai: 2–4 business days
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Other cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Timelines may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, use the tracking link or order updates shared with you through the available communication channel. You can also check your order status from the Juplee order tracking page.
Track an orderFailed delivery attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the courier may return the order to us. Re-dispatch, if available, may be subject to applicable shipping charges.

Please check that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate when placing your order. Juplee is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
